Here, appreciation becomes immersion, an exploration of aromas and flavours where education folds into atmosphere and feeling.
An Immersive Experience
The Le Nez du Vin room is more than a space; it’s a threshold. It asks you to slow down and engage every sense – sight, scent, taste, touch, sound – to let each wine reveal its layered self, like pages turned in low light. Step inside and the walls begin to speak. Captivating projections unfurl vineyards in late sun, blossoms after rain, spices warming in a pan, oak breathing in the cellar. A soft soundscape underpins it all, guiding you from vine to barrel, barrel to bottle, bottle to glass until the room itself feels perfumed with terroir.
This is a small chamber designed for my father, Alfredo — a man who remembers every wine he has ever tasted. Conceived as both study and game, it is a room for testing knowledge and refining the senses, with walls covered by projects in oenology that turn learning into discovery. Intimate in scale, it offers the quiet focus of a library and the playful challenge of tasting — a place where memory, scent, and skill come together in pursuit of wine.
